Manα Ligands

Mannose (Manα) ligands can be used to target therapeutics to macrophages or dendritic cells, by exploiting the mannose receptor (CD206). Therapeutic payloads can be directly conjugated to Man ligands or encapsulated in nanoparticles decorated with Man ligands.

We provide Manα ligands with various functional linkers depending on their intended use.
