Biotin-PDPN(74-85-Gly-Lys)-Tn(77) Mouse

PDPN (UniProt ID Q62011) synthetic Glyco-dodecapeptide epitope (Glu74-Ser85-Gly-Lys) that is present within the extracellular domain of the glycoprotein podoplanin. The glycopeptide fragment has tumor-associated cancer antigen Tn at Thr77. Biotin was appended on the ε-amine of the C-terminal lysine. The posttranslational GalNAc modification is expressed by an aggressive fibrosarcoma, Ag104A, and is bound by Anti-Tn Antigen [237mAb].

Sequence:

ERGT*KPPLEELS-GK(biotinyl)-NH2
H-Glu-Arg-Gly-Thr*-Lys-Pro-Pro-Leu-Glu-Glu-Leu-Ser-Gly-Lys(biotin)NH2

where T* = Thr* = GalNAcα-O-Thr
