MUC1 (UniProt ID P15941) synthetic glycopeptide fragment (Pro126-Gly149; UniProt position 126-149, aa length 24) from the variable number tandem repeat (TR) domain. The fragment contains tumour-associated carbohydrate antigen (TACA), Tn antigen (GalNAcα) at Thr131 and Thr144. Biotin is conjugated at the N-terminus of the sequence and is separated from peptide sequence by a discrete, monodisperse and amphiphilic diethylene glycol (PEG2) and Gly spacer. The C-terminus is carboxylic acid.
