Tumour-associated cancer antigen, sialyl-Tn (STn) antigen, O-glycosylation (NeuAcα2-6GalNAc) at Thr131 and Thr144. The C-terminus Cysteine (thiol) allows for conjugation to maleimide-functionalized carrier proteins.
