β-GalNAc-Butyl-NHS Ester

A β-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAcβ) ligand equipped with an N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) activated ester, connected through a short butyl spacer. The NHS ester reacts with primary amines to form stable amide bonds, providing a straightforward route to conjugate the GalNAc targeting ligand onto amine-bearing molecules and surfaces.
