MUC1 synthetic glycopeptide. Glycosylated Mucin-1 (MUC1) peptide fragment containing amino acid sequence Pro126–Gly149 (24 AA in length) from the tandem repeat (TR) region of the MUC1 protein. The fragment contains tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen (TACA), Tn antigen, O-glycosylation (α-GalNAc) at Thr131 and Thr144. The C-terminus Cysteine (amide) allows for conjugation to maleimide-functionalized carrier proteins.
