The fragment contains tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen (TACA), Tn antigen, O-glycosylation (α-GalNAc) at Thr131 and Thr144. The C-terminus Cysteine (amide) allows for conjugation to maleimide-functionalized carrier proteins.
