Tumour-associated carbohydrate antigen (TACA), Sialyl-TF (STF or ST) antigen, O-glycosylation (Neu5Acα2-3Galβ1-3GalNAc) at Thr139. The ε-amine of C-terminus lysine accommodates the FAM label.
