Tri-LacNAc Ligands

Tri-LacNAc (Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4GlcNAc) is a ligand for galectins. This probe can be used as a soluble inhibitor or can be immobilized on plates or sensors to investigate galectin binding.

Tri-LacNAc is a substrate for glycosyltransferases, including N-acetylglucosaminyltransferases, fucosyltransferases and sialyltransferases.

We provide Tri-LacNAc ligands with various functional linkers depending on their intended use.
