Mannose-6-phosphate (Man6P) ligands can be used to target therapeutics such as recombinant enzymes or LYTAC molecules to the lysosome, by exploiting the mannose-6-phosphate receptor (M6PR). Therapeutic payloads can be directly conjugated to Man6P ligands.
