LacNAc N-linked Ligands

Biantennary LacNAc (Galβ1-4GlcNAc) N-linked glycans are ligand for galectins. This probe can be used as a soluble inhibitor or can be immobilized on plates or sensors to investigate galectin binding.

Biantennary LacNAc N-linked glycans are substrates for glycosyltransferases, including N-acetylglucosaminyltransferases, fucosyltransferases and sialyltransferases.

We provide Biantennary LacNAc N-linked glycans with various functional linkers depending on their intended use.
