Di-LacNAc Ligands

Di-LacNAc (Galβ1-4GlcNAcβ1-3Galβ1-4GlcNAc) is a ligand for galectins. This probe can be used as a soluble inhibitor or can be immobilized on plates or sensors to investigate galectin binding.

Di-LacNAc is a substrate for glycosyltransferases, including N-acetylglucosaminyltransferases, fucosyltransferases and sialyltransferases.
