GlcNAcβ1-4GlcNAcβAsn, is a disaccharide glycoamino acid component of N-linked glycans. Chitobiose is also a component of chitin. This building block can be used for the precise synthesis of glycopeptides containing the N-linked chitobiose disaccharide.
