Cancer Antigen Glycoamino Acids

Aberrant glycosylation is a hallmark of many diseases including for example cancer, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases. Many cancers express truncated or altered glycans, for example the Tn and sialyl Tn-antigens, which effects carcinogenesis, cancer progression and metastasis. We offer a variety of glycosylated amino acids (glycoamino acids) that can be used as standards for aberrant glycosylation or for the synthesis of cancer related glycopeptides.
