With a focus on development of Fmoc glycoamino acids and glycopeptides, Sussex Research makes and inventories a large selection of N- and O-linked glycoamino acids and glycopeptides. These enable facile assembly and introduction of carbohydrate-based recognition elements onto synthetic therapeutic molecules including small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides and proteins. Glycoamino acids - Fmoc blocked, peracetylated sugars - Free acids ready for Solution or Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis. Available in 100 mg to multigram quantities. Larger quantities for use in large scale manufacture of glycopeptides for clinical use may be manufactured upon request.
